Director of Risk Management 1.0 Days Rewarding opportunity for a patient safety advocate to plan, direct, and implement the Risk Management program at a progressive hospital in Southern Maryland. Responsibilities will include proactive risk assessment and reduction strategies and management of peer review program. Position requires BS degree in related field, Master's preferred and 5 years hospital related risk management or quality management experience. Certification in risk management preferred. Nursing background preferred. Excellent customer service skills.
Family Nurse Practitioner 1.0 Days Current Maryland Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner license. Ability to interact with various physicians. Excellent customer services skills.
Geriatric/Certified Nursing Assistant 0.9 days/nights PRIMARY FUNCTION: To work with the RN Partner to provide basic care to the Medical Surgical Pediatric patients. EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a high school diploma or GED. CERTIFICATIONS: Maryland State C.N.A. License. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Successful completion of Phlebotomy training, EKG training and H.I.S. training for use of the Palm Pilots. Must maintain current BLS certification. Must complete Pediatric Competency self-learning packet and precepted care within six months of start of employment.
Multi-skilled Tech (ED) 0.6 7p-3a High School diploma or equivalent. Current Maryland CNA license. EMT preferred. IV certification. Previous Emergency Department experience a must. Excellent customer services skills.
OB RN 0.0-0.9 Days 7a-7p PRIMARY FUNCTION: Clinical Nursing Staff EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a certificate from a college or technical school or 0- 6 months equivalent combination of education and experience in related area. Labor and Delivery Experience required.
Registered Nurse (ER RN) 0.0-1.0 Nights Current Maryland RN license. Previous ER Experience. Excellent customer services skills a must.
Telemetry RN 0.9 Nights/Weekends Current Maryland RN License. Previous Telemetry experience a must. Excellent customer services skills a must.
