Previous NextGen HER experience, ideally including implementation required. Previous Physician Office experience required.The Application Analyst is responsible for the successful implementation, ongoing maintenance, support and enhancement of Calvert Health Ventures clinical information systems, with a focus on those systems used by ancillary care departments. These systems include, but are not limited to, NEXTGEN’S ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORD (EHR) AND PRACTICE MANAGEMENT (PM) applications. The Application Analyst provides technical and business expertise to assure the successful implementation of enterprise Clinical Information Systems which support CHV business strategies and patient care mission and ongoing support. The Application Analyst is accountable to the Director of Physician Practice Development at Calvert Health Ventures for proper interpretation and fulfillment of the functions, responsibilities, authority and relationships of this position.
Case Manager	1.0	Days	Performs utilization review and discharge planning to continue the patient through the continuum of care. EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Position requires an associate's degree (A.A) or diploma program or 3-5 years equivalent combination of education and experience in related area. CERTIFICATIONS: RN EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Position requires 2-3 years related experience.
Certified Pharmacy Technician	0.0	Various	High School Diploma. Current Maryland Pharmacy Technician Certification/licensure. Previous experience a plus.
Cinical Systems Analyst	1.0	Days	EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Clinical field. Bachelor's degree preferred. CERTIFICATIONS: Certification or credentialing in a relevant healthcare clinical field (MT, RT, RRT, etc.) or RN Licensure. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Three years prior experience in an information systems position or hospital department supporting IT applications preferred. Prior MEDITECH Hospital experience preferred. Computer proficiency required in word processing, presentation graphics, and spreadsheet applications. Highly developed and demonstrated oral and written communication skills required. Must work well in a team environment and provide excellent customer service. Position is responsible for support of ancillary clinical and administrative applications and particiaptes on project teams. The Clinical Systems Analyst will report to the Systems Integration Manager.
Dermatology Family Nurse Practitioner	1.0	Days	Provides Dermatology services across the continuum for patients, families and the community receiving services at growing Calvert Dermatology practice. Education requirements: Position requires a master's degree and current, active MD Nurse Practitioner's license with 2 years Dermatology experience. Willing to train.
Medical Informatics Program Manager	1.0	Days	Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Physician Assistant or clinical experience preferred. Significant experience required in implementing and supporting electronic health record system used by physicians in an acute care setting. Experience with Meditech Phyiscian Care Manager (PCM) strongly preferred. Project leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and exemplary record of team building are required. The Medical Informatics Program Manager will lead mission ciritcal and strategic information technology projects pertaining to electronic health record applications used by physicians in the acute care setting. The medical informatics program manager serves as the IT liaison to the medical community and collaborates with the medical director of Informatics to achieve and support sstrategic information technology initiatives. The Medical Informatics Program Manager will report to the Vice President of Information Services/Chief Information Officer.
Mental Health Counselor	0.0	Days,Eve,Nights, Weekends	EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a 4 year Degree in related field EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Position requires 2-3 years related experience. Must be able to communicate and respond to patients needs. Ability to apply restraint and seclusion when necessary for safety of patients and others. CPR required within 30 days of hire. CPI required within 3 months of hire.
Nurse Practitioner, Behavioral Health	1.0	days,possible on call	Position requires a master's degree in Maryland. Current, active RN and Acute Care Nurse Practitioner required. At least 2 years experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner preferred. Current CPR and current CPI.
Nurse Recruiter	0.8	Days	Associates Degree in related field. Bachelors degree preferred. RN licensure preferred. At least 2 years previous Human Resource experience required. Previous healthcare human resources experience preferred. PHR or SPHR preferred.
Revenue and Reimbursement Analyst (Financial Analyst)	1.0	Days	Candidate will perform financial analyses and data reporting to guide management decisions regarding revenue and reimbursement compliance as regulated by the Maryland Health Services Cost Review Commission, coordinates and manage's the continual update and maintenance of the Charge Master Dictionary, assists the Department of Finance in the preparation and development of the annual budget. Position requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Health Administration or related business field or 5-7 years equivalent combination of education and experience in related area. Position requires a minimum of 2 years previous healthcare finance experience. Maryland Hospital and Health Services Cost Review Commisssion reimbursement experience recommended. Proficient in Excel, Work, and Access. Budget and Decision Support Application experience helpful.
