The Calvert Memorial Hospital Foundation, Inc., lead by an 11-member community board, is a non-profit organization dedicated to securing a healthy future for the residents of Calvert County, Created in 1989, the Foundation’s primary mission is to assist Calvert Memorial Hospital provide high quality, low cost health care. To meet this goal, the Foundation raises funds through individual, corporate and foundation contributions, conducts an annual appeal and sponsors special events. Funds raised are used to purchase state-of-the-art medical technology, provide scholarships and for special projects.

Ways to Serve
The Foundation Board serves 3-year terms on a rotating basis. Prospective members are referred to the nominating committee. Anyone interested in serving should contact the Foundation office at 410-535-8178. In addition to serving on the Foundation Board, volunteers are welcome on committees and the CMH auxiliary.

Fundraising Policy:
We may use certain information (name, address, telephone number, dates of service, age and gender) to contact you in the future to raise money for Calvert Memorial Hospital. We may also provide this name to our institutionally related foundation, for the same purpose. The money raised will be used to expand and improve the services and programs we provide the community.
