Calvert Memorial Hospital has many locations to serve you in Calvert County. We have satellites in Dunkirk, Solomons and North Beach and the main campus in Prince Frederick includes a medical office building, annex and child care center. Wherever you live in Calvert County, quality health care is close to home.

Calvert Memorial Hospital and Calvert Medical Office Building
Calvert Memorial is undergoing a $33 million construction project that includes a greatly expanded Emergency Department, a new Critical Care Unit, 16 additional acute care beds, a modernized laboratory and a concourse dedicated to outpatient services. The first phase, which added 300 new parking spaces, was just completed. We have a shuttle that transports patients and visitors from their cars to the closest entrance and is available for the return trip. Look for the friendly volunteer driving the shaded golf cart. If you use the main entrance of the hospital, you will find the Surgery Center on your immediate right. Also on the first floor (near the elevators) is the Family Birth Center. If you take the elevators down to the basement level, you will find the CMH Cafe, KeepWell Center and the Fitness Center. Back on the first floor you will find Laboratory, Radiology and Cardiopulmonary Services. Also on the first floor is our Emergency Department.

On the second floor is  the SCU and the Level-2 Telemetry and Med/Surg. unit. The third floor holds the Level-3 Med/Surg. unit which includes Pediatrics. The fourth floor is the location of our Transitional Care Unit ,Respite Care program and the Rehabilitation Department. Our inpatient Mental Health Services are on the fifth floor.

If you come in through the entrance framed by the large, red pillars, you are entering the Medical Office Building portion of our campus. Here you will find Familymeds Pharmacy, Calvert Medical Imaging Center, the CMH Outpatient Department, the CMH Infusion Therapy center, the MOB Laboratory and the CMH Sleep Disorders Center all on the first floor. Also on the first floor are the offices of Calvert Family Practice Associates, Dr. Bruce Silver, Dr. Valerie Moore and Dr. Wayne Zurowski. There is an information desk directly in the lobby and a building directory by the elevators to help you find where you need to go.

On the second floor of the Medical Office Building you will find Calvert Ear, Nose and Throat Associates, Calvert OB/GYN Associates, Surgical Associates, Chartered, Calvert Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Center, General and Hand Surgery of Southern Maryland, Plastic Surgery of Southern Maryland, Dr.Shafquat Meraj, Center for Hematology- Oncology and the practice of Dr. Reza Naini, Dr. Frank Sbrocco and Dr. Mitra Nassiraee. On the third floor of the Medical Office Building, you will find Calvert Internal Medicine Group, Calvert Psychiatric Associates, Advanced Orthopedic Specialists, Shah Associates as well as the offices of Dr. Sheldon Goldberg, Dr. Mukesh Mathur.

Dunkirk Medical Center
The Dunkirk Medical Center is located in the Calvert Gateway Development on northbound Route 4 in Dunkirk. This facility offers a wide array of healthcare services including urgent care, women's health, physical therapy, laboratory and radiology. Additionally, the 25,000-square-foot building includes physician's suites.

On the first floor in Suite 108 is located the Dunkirk Urgent Care Center. The Dunkirk Urgent Care Center is designed to provide after-hours care for minor emergencies for area residents. Much closer than the hospital emergency room, it can help you and your family get through minor medical emergencies much faster than a traditional trip to the emergency room.

Solomons Medical Center
The Solomons Medical Center is located on Route 2 at Lore Road in Solomons (next to the Calvert Marine Museum). The center, which opened in 1999, provides south county residents ready access to quality medical care. This facility offers a wide variety of healthcare services including urgent care, woman's wellness, physical therapy, laboratory, and radiology services.

On the first floor in the Medical Center is the Solomons Urgent Care Center. The Urgent Care Center is a designed to provide after-hour care for minor emergencies for area residents. Much closer than the hospital emergency room, it can help you and your family get through minor medical emergencies much faster than a traditional trip to the emergency room.

Twin Beaches Community Health Center
The Twin Beaches Community Health Center, the fourth satellite facility opened by Calvert Memorial Hospital, offers primary and preventive health care for adults and children. Located on the public bus route, it offers convenient hours for working families and same day appointments.

The center is staffed by Deborah Brower and Lacy Pitman, both Certified Family Nurse Practitioners and A. Wael Hagothmn, Internal medicine, who treat patients with or without insurance.

The center’s medical director is Dr. Raymon Noble, who oversees the medical care provided and is available to consult with the nurse practitioner at any time.
